About the Role: As a Flexible Teaching Assistant, you'll work in different schools supporting teachers and helping students to get the most from their education. No two days are the same – one day you may be supporting a small group in a classroom, while the next you could be providing 1:1 support to a student who needs extra encouragement. You will play an important role in helping create a positive learning environment where students feel supported, engaged, and able to succeed.
