An inspiring and dedicated school in Slough is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to become a valued member of their team. In this rewarding role, you’ll work closely with students who have ASD, PMLD, complex needs, and behavioural challenges, helping them to thrive in a nurturing and inclusive setting. Role Overview: • Position: SEND Teaching Assistant. • Hours: Full-time, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. • Salary: From £93.48 per day. • Responsibilities: Provide personalised support, whether one-on-one, in small groups or across the classroom, and assist in implementing tailored care plans. • Requirements: Previous experience with SEND students is highly desirable. Candidates must be proactive, energetic and highly engaged. This role spans an all-ages school, so the ability to adapt to working with children of various age groups and needs is essential.
