Bath (BA2) | On-site £14.25 per hour (£92.63 per day, pro rata) Full-time | Term-time only | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm June start available with strong potential to continue into September Are you a recent graduate looking to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in a primary school before pursuing a career in teaching or education? About the role As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers to support learning across the classroom. You’ll play a key role in helping pupils stay engaged, build confidence, and make progress. Key responsibilities - Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons - Work with small groups of pupils to reinforce learning - Provide one-to-one support where needed - Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment - Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation What success looks like You’ll build strong relationships with pupils, contribute positively to the classroom environment, and become a trusted member of the school team. Over time, you’ll gain the confidence and experience needed to take the next step into teaching or a related career.
