Responsibilities may include: • Supporting classroom learning under teacher guidance • Delivering targeted interventions in subjects such as English and Maths • Assisting pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language needs • Supporting students with social, emotional, or behavioural needs • Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence • Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment You may work within the classroom setting or provide focused 1:1 or small-group support.
