Your responsibilities will include: • Delivering planned lessons and learning activities in the absence of the class teacher • Supporting teaching and learning across a range of year groups • Leading small-group interventions to accelerate pupil progress • Providing targeted support for pupils with additional learning needs • Promoting positive behaviour and fostering a supportive learning environment • Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff • Working collaboratively with teachers to plan and adapt learning activities • Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and academic development Why This School?
