The Role As an HLTA, you will work closely with teachers and school leaders to support high-quality teaching and learning across the school. You will take responsibility for leading groups, delivering planned lessons, and providing targeted interventions to help pupils reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include: • Delivering planned lessons and learning activities in the absence of the class teacher • Supporting teaching and learning across a range of year groups • Leading small-group interventions to accelerate pupil progress • Providing targeted support for pupils with additional learning needs • Promoting positive behaviour and fostering a supportive learning environment • Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff • Working collaboratively with teachers to plan and adapt learning activities • Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and academic development Why This School?
