Job Title: Learning Mentor
Location: Exeter, Devon Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (08:30 – 15:00) Salary: £90–£95 per day Driving: Preferred but not required About the Role We’re looking for a compassionate and committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join an alternative provision in Exeter. This is a highly rewarding role where you’ll provide dedicated, one-to-one support to a student—both in the classroom and out in the community. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the student’s academic progress, social skills, and emotional wellbeing, helping them build confidence and reach their full potential.
