We’re looking for dedicated LSAs to join our friendly and highly supportive KS1 team in our specialist provision in Chelmsford. About the Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our pupils thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally. Working closely with experienced teachers and other professionals, you will provide tailored support to children with a range of special educational needs, helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
