Learning Support Assistant (Early Years Qualified) – KS1 Team Specialist Education Setting – Chelmsford Temp-to-Perm Opportunities Available Full time, 5 days a week. Are you passionate about supporting young children with additional needs? Do you have an Early Years Practitioner or Nursery Nurse qualification and a nurturing, can-do attitude? We’re looking for dedicated LSAs to join our friendly and highly supportive KS1 team in our specialist provision in Chelmsford. About the Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our pupils thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally. Working closely with experienced teachers and other professionals, you will provide tailored support to children with a range of special educational needs, helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
