Axcis Education is recruiting a passionate and reliable Learning Support Assistant to support students aged 16+ with Autism (ASD), ADHD, and additional learning needs at a specialist college in Erith. You'll support students during vocational lessons, including cooking, life skills, creative activities, and community-based learning, helping them build confidence, independence, and employability skills. We're Looking For: A positive, patient, and adaptable attitude. Experience in care, support work, youth work or education, is desirable. A genuine passion for supporting young people with SEND. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
