Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (SEN & Mainstream)
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our college team. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:00.
The successful candidate will support students across both the SEN department and mainstream classes, helping to create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-class support to students with additional needs
Assist teaching staff in delivering lessons
Support students’ academic progress and personal development
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
Experience working with SEN students is desirable
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A patient, flexible, and supportive approach
