We are working in close partnership with a new specialist SEND setting near Slimbridge that provides tailored education for secondary-aged pupils with an EHCP for SEMH, Autism, and Attachment Disorders. Foster students' personal growth through diverse foundation subjects and hands-on activities. Collaborate closely with staff and families to ensure a holistic approach to learning and well-being. Participate in team briefings, handovers, and professional development sessions to enhance your skills. Requirements: Personal and/or professional experience working with SEMH, Autism, or Attachment Disorders. A compassionate, reliable, and adaptable nature with strong teamwork skills. A proactive approach to learning and supporting students in a variety of settings. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
