Job Title: Level 3 Early Years
Nursery Practitioner / Crèche Staff – CACHE Level 3
Our agency is currently recruiting for qualified Nursery Practitioners (CACHE Level 3 or equivalent) to work across a range of nursery and crèche settings in north-west London.
We work with a variety of welcoming early years environments, from private day nurseries to community-based crèches, all committed to providing safe, nurturing, and engaging childcare.
Pay & Hours
• Pay: National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
• Hours: Shifts typically between 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Days: Monday to Friday (flexible days available)
• Contract: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
About the Settings
Our partner nurseries and crèches vary in size and style, from small, intimate settings to larger, well-established provisions. All share a strong focus on child development, positive relationships, and high standards of care in line with the EYFS framework.
You will have the opportunity to gain experience in different environments while maintaining consistent weekday working patterns.
The Role
• Deliver high-quality childcare in line with the EYFS
• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
• Support children’s emotional, social, and developmental progress
• Work collaboratively with nursery teams
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
• Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times
Candidate Requirements
• CACHE Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential
• Previous nursery or crèche experience desirable
• A warm, reliable, and professional approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
