Job Title: Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Hayes, UB3 Contract: Full-Time, Temporary Working Hours: 08:30 – 16:00, Monday – Friday, Term time only Salary: Day rates from £95 per day We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant SEN provision in Hayes. This role is perfect for someone passionate about making a positive impact on young learners' educational journeys. These students have a range of SEN including ASD, PMLD, Learning Disabilities, Speech and language. Requirements: • Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years of UK-based experience working within an SEN setting. • An enhanced DBS check registered on the update service (for both child and adult). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, showing initiative and flexibility. • Be confident with personal care The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children. You will play a key role in helping our students reach their full potential, making each school day both productive and enjoyable.
