Job Title: Level 3 teaching assistant
Level 3 Teaching Assistant Location: M24 Company: Axcis Education Axcis Education is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 3 teaching assistant to work in schools across Rochdale, supporting children with a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will be working closely with pupils who have a variety of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, learning disabilities, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, and physical or medical needs. Your role will involve providing 1:1 and small-group support, adapting learning materials, implementing EHCP targets, and supporting pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour management strategies. You will work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. The role will also involve personal care, so patience, empathy, dignity, and professionalism are essential at all times.
