Job Title: Midday Luch cover
SMSA – Lunchtime Assistant Location: SM4 Hours: 11:00am – 1:30pm, Monday to Friday Pay: £14.25–£15.00 per hour (PAYE) Start Date: September 2026 A welcoming primary/secondary school in the SM4 area is seeking a dedicated Lunchtime Assistant (SMSA) to supervise pupils during lunch and in the playground. The role involves supporting pupils throughout the lunchtime period while ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and positive behaviour as they eat and play. Personal care is required as part of this role, so applicants must be comfortable providing support to pupils where necessary. A valid Child and Adult DBS is required. The school offers a friendly and supportive working environment with a varied and rewarding role each day. This position is Monday to Friday, from 11:00am to 1:30pm, working 2.5 hours per day.
