As a full-time Nursery Assistant member, you’ll provide one-to-one and small group support to young children with a range of special educational needs such ASD, non verbal and ADHD. You will attend to children's personal needs, including mealtime assistance, hygiene, and enabling mobility. The ideal candidate is someone who: - Has experience working with children with SEND. - Demonstrates patience, adaptability, and resilience in challenging situations. - Has a positive, empathetic, and nurturing approach, valuing each child’s potential.
