Job Title: Occupational Therapist Location: Roehampton, London Schedule: Monday to Friday | Full-Time (8:30 AM – 3:00 PM) Salary: Competitive – Paid to Scale About the Role We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team in Roehampton, London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, delivering high-quality, client-centred care to individuals with a range of needs. Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans. • Deliver evidence-based interventions to support independence and improve daily living skills. • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care. • Monitor, evaluate, and document client progress, adapting interventions as required. • Provide guidance and education to clients and their families to enhance long-term outcomes. • Maintain accurate and compliant records in line with professional and regulatory standards. Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong commitment to delivering person-centred care. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
