Part-Time Primary Supply Teacher – Redhill, Surrey
We are recruiting for a flexible and reliable Primary Supply Teacher to work within a welcoming mainstream primary school in Redhill, Surrey, from September 2026.
This is a great opportunity for a qualified teacher looking for part-time supply work, with the flexibility to support the school across different year groups as required. The successful teacher will be confident adapting to new classes, building rapport quickly and delivering engaging lessons.
The role may involve teaching across KS1 and KS2, depending on the school's staffing requirements, so flexibility and adaptability are important.
The Role
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:
Deliver well-planned and engaging lessons across different year groups
Adapt quickly to different classes, routines and teaching requirements
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
Differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities and needs
Manage behaviour confidently and effectively
Work alongside teaching assistants, class teachers and senior leaders
Provide dependable classroom cover as required

Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Previous experience teaching in a UK primary school
Good knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Confidence teaching across different year groups
Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence using Google Classroom, or willingness to learn
Professional, reliable and positive attitude
Commitment to supporting pupils to reach their potential
