Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant
Primary Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Support
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting pupils with additional needs? Do you have SEND experience working with children or adults and want to make a meaningful impact in a primary school setting? We are seeking a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support within a welcoming and nurturing school environment.
About the role
This position involves working closely on a 1:1 basis with a pupil who requires additional support. You will play a key role in helping them access learning, build confidence and develop both academically and socially. Working alongside the class teacher and SENCO, you will adapt learning activities, provide tailored support and help create a positive, structured environment that enables the pupil to thrive.
Experience supporting individuals with SEND is essential, whether gained in a school, care, support work or similar setting.

Key information
Pay: £90–£95 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Start date: ASAP
