Job Title: Qualified Early Years Educator Location: Wandsworth, London Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM Salary: Competitive, Paid to scale We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team in Wandsworth, London. This full-time position demands a skilled individual who can provide exceptional care and education for children in a safe and supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, prepare and deliver creative and stimulating educational activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. • Observe, assess, and record each child's progress, sharing outcomes with parents and colleagues. • Establish and maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment conducive to the holistic development of children. • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to ensure open communication and partnership. • Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice. • Manage classroom resources effectively, ensuring all materials are in line with health and safety standards. Qualifications: • A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above) as recognized by Ofsted. • Proven experience as an Early Years Educator. • A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and child development. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
