The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to a diverse group of students while fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum and meet the needs of all learners. - Assess, monitor, and report on student progress to inform future teaching practices. - Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies and contribute to the overall improvement of the school. - Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment encouraging students to thrive academically and socially. - Engage with parents and the wider community to support student learning and wellbeing.
