About the Role As the Pastoral and Operational Safeguarding Lead, you will: Take responsibility for the day-to-day operational safeguarding within the school. Act as the first point of contact for safeguarding concerns, ensuring swift and effective action. Liaise with pupils, parents, staff, and external agencies to provide high-quality support. Deliver safeguarding training and guidance for staff. Make referrals and coordinate with professionals to ensure comprehensive support for children and families.
