Job Title: Secondary SEND Teaching Assistant
Pay: starting from £95.29 umbrella (PAYE Option Available)
Hours: 08:30-15:30
Type: Monday - Friday ( Temporary with the opportunity to go permanent )

Axcis are looking for full time staff in the Birmingham Area !
Come and join our specialist secondary school based in the city of Birmingham. The school provides education for children with autism and learning difficulties that may not otherwise be met within a mainstream setting.
Responsibilities / Requirements :
- Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to each student’s learning requirements
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to create a nurturing, inclusive environment
- Be reliable and consistent.
- A willingness to engage in activities with the children
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- provide a minimum of x2 professional references
Who We’re Looking For :
- Passionate, resilient and adaptable, with strong verbal and written communication
-Experience with SEND or in supportive roles such as care work, mental health, or disability support is beneficial
