SEMH Behaviour Mentor – Secondary / Alternative Provision – Barking & Dagenham £105–£120 per day | Full-Time | Long-Term | September Start Axcis Education is looking for a confident Behaviour Mentor to support secondary-aged pupils with SEMH, challenging behaviour and emotional regulation needs in Barking & Dagenham. Schools are increasingly considering candidates from youth work, mentoring, PRUs, alternative provision and behaviour support, providing they can establish relationships while maintaining strong boundaries. Current East London vacancies repeatedly emphasise de-escalation, emotional regulation and consistent adult relationships. This role woul d particularly suit someone with the personality to command respect without being confrontational.
