Job Title: SEMH Teaching Assistant
Role: 1:1 SEMH Support Rate: £110 - £120 per day Location: M22 Headline: Not Every Hero Wears a Cape. Some Carry Fidget Spinners. We have a bright, funny Year 4 pupil who finds the world a bit too loud sometimes. He needs a "person." Not a shadow, not a guard, a mentor. Someone who can spot a meltdown coming from a mile away and redirect it into a game of LEGO or a walk in the sensory garden. This is a challenging role, which is why we pay our specialists £110–£120 per day.
