About the Role As SENDCo, you will take strategic and operational responsibility for SEND provision across the school, ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and driving improvements in outcomes for pupils with additional needs. Your responsibilities will include: • Leading and developing SEND provision across the school • Overseeing EHCP applications, annual reviews and SEN Support plans • Supporting and advising teachers to ensure effective differentiation and inclusive teaching • Line managing and supporting SEND-focused staff • Liaising with external agencies and professionals • Working closely with families to build strong, transparent partnerships • Monitoring progress and using data to inform provision and school improvement You will work as part of the senior leadership structure and play a key role in shaping the school’s inclusive vision.
