Job Title: SEND LSA
Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – ASD Unit | Secondary School | EN4
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming secondary school ASD Unit in EN4 on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and helping them achieve their full potential in a supportive educational environment.
The Role:
Full-time position (Monday to Friday)
Supporting students within a secondary school ASD Unit
Providing 1:1 and small group support
Assisting with personal care where required
Helping students access learning and develop independence
Working closely with teachers and the wider SEND team
Requirements:
Previous experience supporting children or young people with ASD
Comfortable providing personal care
Patient, compassionate, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Available for trial days next week
