SPORTS COACH SEND support staff needed for special needs school Axcis are looking for multiple sports coaches who have experience working with children or young adults, to work within a classroom setting with highly active children. The roles we have involve working within a SEND school working 1:1 with children who have challenging behaviour. Whilst these roles aren’t necessarily teaching sports, you will need to be active and use your coaching skills to build a rapport with the students and provide them with the support they need to focus on learning. The hours will be 8:30am - 3:30pm, working Monday – Friday during term time only. *All roles initially temporary* Requirements: • Experience working with children or young people. • Comfortable to work with challenging behaviour. • Ability to be active and engage students effectively.
