SEND Teacher – Complex Needs & PMLD – NW4 Full-Time | Specialist SEND Setting | NW4 An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced SEND Teacher to join a specialist educational setting in NW4, working with learners with complex needs and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about creating meaningful learning opportunities for pupils with significant additional needs and who understands that progress can take many different forms. You will plan and deliver highly differentiated lessons, working closely with support staff and other professionals to ensure that pupils receive personalised, engaging and appropriate learning experiences. The successful candidate will ideally have: Qualified Teacher Status or relevant teaching qualification. Experience teaching pupils with complex SEND. Experience working with learners with PMLD. A strong understanding of differentiated and sensory-based learning. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. The ability to work collaboratively with teaching assistants and multidisciplinary professionals. A nurturing, patient and creative approach to teaching.
