The Role: You will: • Provide consistent 1:1 support for a pupil with autism. • Use visual timetables, sensory tools, and structured learning approaches. • Support with transitions and managing overstimulation. • Encourage social interaction and independence in learning. • Liaise with SENCO, teacher, and family to deliver progress plans.
