The school has a lovely, community feel and an experienced EYFS team who work closely with therapists and families to provide strong early intervention. The school is easily accessed via the District and Hammersmith & City lines, with good on-site parking available. In this role, you will be: • Supporting EYFS pupils with autism and communication needs through play-based, sensory and structured activities. • Using visuals, Makaton/PECS, modelling and simplified language to aid communication. • Helping with routines, transitions, regulation and early social development. • Working with the SENCO, class teacher and therapists to implement personalised strategies. • Encouraging confidence, curiosity and engagement across early learning experiences.
