• Is patient, resilient and emotionally intelligent
• Can confidently implement behaviour and support strategies
• Works well as part of a wider school and SEND team
Experience in a mainstream primary school setting is highly desirable, as is familiarity with EHCP targets and personalised learning approaches.
The School:
The school prides itself on being inclusive, nurturing and supportive, with a strong commitment to SEND provision. Staff work collaboratively, and experienced SEND professionals are valued and supported. This is a rewarding role where your expertise will genuinely make a difference.
What’s on Offer:
• Competitive daily pay of £90–£95, depending on experience
• ASAP start with potential for longer-term opportunities
• A supportive school environment that values SEND expertise
• The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a child’s education and wellbeing
