The role will involve building a strong, positive relationship with the pupil, adapting learning to meet their individual needs and supporting their wider development. Experience of safeguarding, risk assessments and working with vulnerable young people would be highly beneficial.
We are particularly interested in candidates with a background in education, teaching assistance, youth work, support work or enabling, who understand the importance of providing consistent, patient and individualised support.
