Job Title: Special Education Support Assistant – SM4
Special Education Support Assistant – SM4 Salary: £83.40 – £90 per day (PAYE), depending on experience Full-Time, 8:45 AM – 4:00 PM (Term Time) Axcis Education is seeking passionate SEND Teaching Assistants to join a specialist SEND setting in Morden. This rewarding opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with Autism. Responsibilities include providing 1:1 or small group support, assisting with personal care when needed, supporting students with challenging behavior, collaborating with teaching staff to implement personalized education plans, and contributing to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Previous experience in SEND settings is preferred, but not essential. A positive, proactive approach and flexibility are key. Ongoing training and professional development will be provided.
