Job Title: Opportunities for Teaching Assistants
Axcis Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of schools across the Stockport area, starting after the Easter break. We have a range of roles available to suit different availability and career goals, including short-term, long-term, full-time, part-time, and day-to-day supply work.
We work with a diverse selection of settings, including:
-> Primary Schools
-> Secondary Schools
->Colleges
->Mainstream and specialist SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) settings
Whether you're an experienced TA or looking to start a new career in education, we’d love to hear from you. Previous experience supporting children with SEND is highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with their learning and development
- Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities
- Working one-to-one or in small groups with pupils
- Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting children with SEND as required
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic, caring, and reliable
- Flexible and adaptable to different school environments
- Experience in education or childcare is desirable
- Previous SEND experience is highly advantageous
- A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
