Location: Market Harborough, Leicestershire
Hours: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: £89 - £110 per day (experience dependent)
We’re currently recruiting Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across local schools and specialist settings.
This role involves providing 1:1 or small-group support, helping pupils feel safe, supported, and able to access learning in a way that works for them.
What you’ll be doing:
.Supporting pupils with SEND such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
.Helping with emotional regulation, routine, and engagement
.Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
.Providing calm, consistent support throughout the school day

.Formal qualifications are beneficial but not essential — the right attitude and approach are key.
