Job Title: Special Needs Teacher
Full-Time | Competitive Salary
Are you a passionate SEND Teacher ready to make a real impact? Our client, a forward-thinking school in Slough, is looking for an experienced SEND professional with QTS to join their inclusive and supportive team.
What You’ll Do
Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet individual pupil needs
Support learners with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language challenges, and moderate learning difficulties
Develop and implement EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, families, and external agencies
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Track progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise pupil success
About You
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching pupils with SEND
Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and EHCP process
Confident with differentiated curriculum planning
Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
Patient, resilient, and committed to inclusion
