About the Role You will be teaching a small group of pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, communication needs and developmental delay. The focus is on creating a calm, structured environment where pupils can engage, regulate and make consistent progress. This is not a “sink or swim” role — you will be supported by a team who understand SEND and work collaboratively.
