Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher to join our dynamic team in Kingston, London. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for education and a commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
• Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and confidence.
• Engage with parents and caregivers to support student development and address concerns.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance teaching practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
