About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic teacher to join our vibrant Kingston campus. The successful candidate will deliver a high-quality, engaging curriculum to mixed-ability classes, fostering an inclusive environment that promotes academic excellence and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with the national curriculum and school ethos.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and support students with additional requirements.
• Contribute to the development of school policies, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher communication.
• Participate in regular staff meetings, professional development, and school improvement initiatives.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
• Minimum of 2?years post-qualification teaching experience.
• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to safeguarding.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
