This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialised SEND provision supporting Key Stage 2 to Further Education (KS2-FE) students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and very challenging behaviour. Your Role: • Provide dedicated care and support to students with complex medical and educational needs. • Deliver personal care, including managing Mitrofanoff procedures, confidently and sensitively. • Work closely with teaching and support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. • Support students with behavioural challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
