Teaching Assistant – Secondary School | Wood Green (N21)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:20am – 3:30pm
Contract: Full-time | Long-term
Axcis Education is partnering with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Wood Green (N21) that’s looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term, full-time basis after the half term break.
In this rewarding role, you’ll be supporting students with Autism (ASD) and behavioural needs, providing both in-class support and targeted 1:1 or small-group interventions. Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff, you’ll help students stay engaged, develop confidence, and make steady progress throughout the school year.
The ideal candidate will:
-Have experience supporting students with Autism or behavioural challenges
-Bring a calm, patient, and positive approach to their work
-Be passionate about inclusion and helping every student reach their potential
