Job Title: Teaching Assistant - SEMH
SEND Teaching Assistant (SEMH) Location: Colchester, CO4 Contract Type: Term-time only Start Date: September 2026 About the School: We are a working with a specialist provision in CO4 supporting up to 80 students aged 10–16 with a range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. All pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plan, and many have experienced barriers to learning in mainstream settings. We are committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences, raising achievement, and improving life chances for all our pupils. You will play a vital role in helping students engage with learning, develop socially and emotionally, and achieve their individual targets.
