Job Title: Teaching Assistant - SEN
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant special needs primary school in Brent. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other complex needs in Key Stage 1 and 2. Position Details: - Location: Special needs primary school in Brent - Start Date: Immediate - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:20 AM to 3:30 PM (school term schedule) Key Responsibilities: - Support educational activities and foster a nurturing learning environment. - Provide one-on-one support to students. - Collaborate with teachers to tailor learning strategies for individual student needs. - Assist students in reaching their full potential through personalized support. Essential Qualities: - Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs. - Strong understanding of challenges faced by students with ASD and complex needs. Candidate Requirements: - Prior experience working in schools or with children and vulnerable adults with special needs. - Proactive approach to supporting inclusive education.
