Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Axcis Education is collaborating with a reputable primary school in Bath to recruit a Teaching Assistant. This role involves providing 1:1 support to students with SEMH needs, commencing immediately. The position is full-time, with the potential to become permanent following an initial settling-in period. The daily pay rate is £83.40.
• Individualised Support: Offer dedicated 1:1 assistance to primary-aged students, helping them navigate emotional and behavioural challenges.
• Relationship Building: Establish trusting and supportive relationships, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
• Educational Engagement: Encourage and facilitate active participation in classroom activities, tailoring approaches to each child's unique needs.
• Collaborative Effort: Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to develop and implement effective strategies that promote positive outcomes.
