The school has clear routines, strong pastoral systems and a consistent behaviour framework in place. The site is accessible via public transport and offers parking for staff. In this role, you will be: • Supporting pupils with SEMH needs in lessons and structured interventions. • Using de-escalation strategies and positive behaviour approaches. • Working 1:1 and in small groups to support engagement and learning. • Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils. • Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff.
