Axcis Education are recruiting a full time Teaching Assistant to work in a secondary school in Andover. This rewarding Teaching Assistant role involves supporting students with academic progress behaviour management and social and emotional development throughout the school day. As a Teaching Assistant you will work closely with the class teacher and wider pastoral team to ensure students with additional needs are fully supported in lessons and around the school. You will play a key part in promoting positive engagement building confidence and maintaining a safe structured learning environment.
