SEN Teaching Assistant – KS2 (SRP Setting) Near West Drayton Station Start ASAP Full-Time | Long-Term 8:30am – 3:30pm About the School Axcis Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school near West Drayton Station. The Role This is a full-time, long-term opportunity within the school’s Special Resourced Provision (SRP), supporting a small group of up to 10 KS2 pupils with additional needs. The role involves working closely with pupils who require structured, consistent support to help them access learning and regulate their emotions in a positive environment. Primary needs supported include: Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Behavioural challenges Some pupils may present with emotional dysregulation, including verbal outbursts or inappropriate language. A calm, patient, and consistent approach is essential, alongside the use of positive behaviour strategies.
