SEND Teaching Assistant – SEMH & Behaviour Support – Primary – Barking & Dagenham £95–£110 per day | Full-Time | Long-Term | Immediate Trial Available Axcis are working with a well-led and supportive primary school in Barking & Dagenham who are seeking a resilient and personable SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs. The school has a strong pastoral approach, with clear behaviour systems and a leadership team that are visible and supportive. Staff are encouraged to build positive, consistent relationships with pupils, creating a stable and structured learning environment. The school is easily accessible via local transport routes and offers on-site parking. About the Role You will be working closely with pupils who require additional support with emotional regulation, behaviour and engagement within the classroom. This is a relationship-led role, ideal for someone who can remain calm, consistent and patient.
