The schools are looking to arrange trials as soon as possible, with successful candidates potentially able to secure an early start before transitioning into a long-term role from September 2026. The Greenford site caters for Primary, Secondary, and Post-16 learners, while the West Ealing site supports Primary and Secondary-aged pupils. Both provisions support students with moderate SEND needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs), and behavioural challenges. The schools are seeking patient, resilient, and proactive individuals who can build positive relationships, support emotional regulation, and help students access learning successfully.
