The Role: Supporting pupils across a range of year groups within a mainstream school setting. Assisting the class teacher with delivering engaging lessons and activities. Providing one-to-one and small group support where required. Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Supporting pupils with additional needs, including social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs where appropriate. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience working with children in an educational, care, youth work, coaching, or support setting. SEMH experience is desirable, either through professional roles or personal experience. A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
